KitchenAid® 36” Stainless Steel Commercial-Style Gas Rangetop with 6 Burners

The Most Versatile Burner Spectrum Available Among Rangetops

Features dedicated burners that let you cook at powerful high temperatures and gentle low temperatures at the same time. Sear your ribeye at 20,000 BTU while delicately simmering garlic butter at 5,000 BTU to finish multi-course meals with perfect timing.

Scratch-Resistant Porcelain Coated Cooking Surface

Match the heat to your technique. Leave the insert level for high-heat searing and sautéing, flip it over to lift your pan above the flame to simmer and melt or remove it to nestle a round-bottom wok in the flame for stir-fry.

With a curated palette of exterior finishes and mixed metal hardware. Pick from lush Juniper, warm Black Ore and classic Stainless Steel finishes, all with matching knobs. Personalize your knob accessory kits in Brass, Bronze, Black Ore and Stainless Steel.

Give you precise control of powerful highs, steady lows and the wide range of temperatures in between. The versatile, dual-flame design lets you sear, sauté, simmer and sizzle, all on the same burner.

Gives you the 'low-and-slow' precision needed for ingredients that demand a gentle touch. Sized perfectly for small cookware, it allows you to melt delicate chocolate or simmer clarified butter directly on the grate, no double-boiler required.

Deliver the high-heat you need for successful searing, sautéing, stir-frying and quickly bringing large stock pots to a rolling boil.

Relights burners with an electric spark. If something happens to snuff out the flame, such as a gust of air or boilover, the Auto Reignition feature will relight the burner without manual intervention.

Designed with a cap and edging to prevent crumbs, spills and boilovers from falling into the rangetop interior, making cleanup easy.

Allows you to convert the cooktop so it can be used with liquid propane
