The digital control panel is easy to program, with specialty settings for baking, grilling/broiling, defrosting (fan only), convection baking, and true convection. This unit also includes a concealed bottom heater function which is ideal for keeping cooked food warmed until ready to serve (default temperature is 350°F but can be adjusted between 150-500°F). The programmable timer makes it easy to manage your meal planning, with an audible alert when the cooking duration is finished. Safety features include programming options that allow you to set a child lockout.
